On-Air

Travis Allred, owner and general manager

Travis, or as y’all know him from the radio as TV, has been a lover of all things radio since he first discovered the AM radio band when he was ten. After that, he was bitten by the radio bug and will be infected for life! He dabbled with broadcasting in high school, and even won a state FFA award in Ag Communications. His radio resume includes stints at WSLV-AM in Ardmore, TN; 1490 WIEZ in Decatur, AL; and WAFN Fun 92.7/ WRAB 1380 AM in Arab, AL. Travis is currently the Chief Engineer at 1310 WAFN-AM in Priceville. Aside from radio, he earns his full-time salary as an Agriculture Teacher, and likes to remain active in his church. You can hear TV weekly on the best thing to happen to radio since digital tuners: “Party Time with TV and Moody”

John & Heidi, Weekday Mornings 6-10

The John and Heidi Show is hosted by married couple, John and Heidi Small. Married in 2000, they’ve been through many ups and downs together over the last few decades. They have two adult children who visit them often and two little dogs who still live at home. They love to travel and share some of their experiences on the show, but they have a pretty structured program that people can rely on to deliver fun and informative entertainment each day! Their longest break is a five-minute interview with someone interesting. Whether it’s a movie star, a comedian or an author, the interview is designed to get enough information to tell you if you’d like the project they’re talking about! John began his broadcasting career in 1994, Heidi began working with him in 2010, prior to that she was a travel agent and a photographer. In addition to broadcasting, John is also a stand-up comic, with a focus on clean comedy. He’s been blessed to help with many fundraisers, one event raised over $12,000 with a clean comedy night. The John and Heidi Show is on WXKI each weekday from 6 to 10

Skyler Moody, sales manager, and radio host

Skyler, or as Y’all know him, “Moody”, is the voice behind Barstools & Billboards, a country music interview segment dedicated to telling the real stories behind the artists — from barroom beginnings to Billboard success. With a deep passion for traditional country music and the storytelling that built the genre, Moody brings listeners closer to both legendary performers and rising independent artists shaping today’s country sound.

Through interviews, acoustic performances, and behind-the-music conversations, Moody has featured artists ranging from established hitmakers to emerging voices carrying the torch of classic country traditions. His conversational style and genuine love for the music create an atmosphere that feels less like an interview and more like pulling up a barstool and talking country music with friends.

You can catch “Moody” soon on WXKI 100.7 FM — where he continues to spotlight the stories, songs, and personalities that keep country music alive… Program times to be determined.

Josh D, Middays 10-3

Hi! I’m Josh—Every day, I dig up fun stories and interesting tidbits to keep you company while you work, drive, relax, or do whatever it is you do while listening to the BEST country music around!

Radio has taken me all over the U.S., and when I’m not on the air, you’ll probably find me exploring abandoned and historic places with friends. We document our adventures on the Paranormal Exploring Project YouTube channel (ParanormalExploring.com). We’re not out to prove anything—just to see if we can experience the unexplained. So yeah, I spend my weekends wandering through abandoned prisons and asylums. (Emphasis on ABANDONED!)

When I’m not on the air or off exploring, I’m hanging out with my German Shepherd-Pit Mix, Millie. Rescues are the best!

Thanks for stopping by, and thanks for listening! You can connect with all my adventures and socials at whatsaJosh.com.
